Superset Barbell Curls+Tricep Pulldowns 3x12

Superset DB Curls+French Press 3x12

Superset Close Grip Barbell Curls+Dimond Pushups 3x12

Superset Wide Grip Barbell Curls+Close Grip Bench Press 3x12

100 Situps

100 Leg Raises

50 Left Side Situps

50 Right Side Situps
